Administrative Talent

The back office of an MSP: dispatch, PSA hygiene, onboarding, documentation, and the client queue that keeps a service business moving.

Administrative Talent placed by Dokimo

What this is

Give your service delivery manager their hours back

The admin around a service desk rarely needs to happen in your building. Dokimo places the people who run it: dispatch, ticket hygiene, client onboarding, reporting, and documentation, so your senior techs and managers stop doing it themselves.

Your hours are going to ticket cleanup, onboarding checklists, QBR prep, and a schedule nobody owns. Those are real jobs that deserve real people, not whichever engineer has the least full afternoon. At a fraction of the cost of a domestic hire, a dedicated coordinator stops being a seat the budget can't justify.

They work the hours you set, in your PSA, on your processes. Every candidate is tested on the real work before you meet them, the same as our engineers.

Three of these seats handle especially sensitive material. The quality auditing seat reviews recorded customer calls. The security awareness seat holds client email directories, and the documentation seat works next to systems that store credentials, though the seat has no vault access. On those three roles we will raise the Productivity and Security Suite with you first. It is the one optional add-on we sell, a single package, at an extra $399 a month per person.

Roles

Who we place

Not an exhaustive list. If the role you need is adjacent to one of these, ask. The sourcing and screening are the same.

MSP Operations

The back-office work that keeps a service business billable. Coordination, documentation and reporting seats, not engineering. These seats have no administrative access to client environments, no credential or password vault access, no alert triage or incident work, and no scripting or integration build-out.

  • PSA Administrator & Ticket Hygiene Specialist
  • Dispatch & Service Coordinator
  • Client Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinator
  • Client Reporting & vCIO Support Analyst
  • Revenue Assurance & Billing Reconciliation Analyst
  • Security Awareness Training Program Coordinator
  • Knowledge Base & Documentation Lifecycle Specialist

Client Experience

Answer the queue, keep clients informed, and close the loop. Quality auditing writes findings only. Coaching, performance, and discipline stay with your managers.

  • Customer Service Representative
  • Client Success Coordinator
  • Inbound Support Agent
  • Quality Assurance & Call Auditing Analyst

Executive & Office Support

Protect your leadership team’s calendar, inbox, and follow-through. Contract work here is administration against your templates and playbook. It is not legal advice, and anything off-playbook escalates to your counsel.

  • Office Assistant
  • Administrative Coordinator
  • Scheduling & Calendar Coordinator
  • Contract Administration Coordinator

Engagement

How to bring this person on

Our core model

Staff augmentation

The person works your account and only your account, reports to your managers, and sits in your reporting line. They are employed in their own country through Dokimo's employer of record (EOR) partner, which runs their payroll there, and you pay Dokimo one invoice.

Month to month, with no long-term contract. If a hire isn't working out in the first 90 days, we find a replacement at no extra cost.

Dedicated team

The same arrangement across a whole function rather than one seat: a multi-person pod hired to a single spec, working as a unit under your manager, with one Dokimo contact for the contract and one invoice.

Best for standing up an entire function, like an overnight rotation or a billing team.

Contract to hire and direct placement apply to Tier 3 technical seats only.

Also hiring elsewhere in the business?

The other practices are screened to the same standard.
