About
A staffing firm for MSPs that tests on the real work
Dokimo places dedicated staff from the Philippines and Mexico with MSPs and MSSPs across the United States. It's the People practice of Koine Cyber.

Who we are
We test candidates against how the work is actually done
A staffing firm that never tests on the real work can only match keywords. That is how a candidate who reads perfectly on paper turns out, in week three, not to be able to do the job.
At Dokimo the bar is set by the work itself, which is a different thing from a recruiter working through a requirements list.
The same discipline carries into every seat in the org chart. Every candidate is tested on the real work before you meet them. Nobody gets through on how confidently they describe the work.
The name
Dokimo means “tested and approved”
Dokimo (DOH-kee-mo) comes from dokimos (δόκιμος), the Koine Greek word for “tested and approved.”
That is also the job. Every person we place is tested on the real work before you meet them, and you only meet the people who pass. The How It Works page shows how a seat gets filled from start to finish.
Dokimo is the new name of Pacific Cloud Cyber. What we do and how we do it did not change. The name and the web address did.

How we work
What we hold ourselves to
A shortlist, not a stack
If we send you six resumes it is because six people passed testing, not because six were in the database. Volume is not a service.
Security is not an afterthought
A remote seat is an access decision as much as a staffing one. We plan for that from the start, and the optional secure remote workstation keeps company data on a managed desktop.
We stay after the start date
Placement is the middle of the engagement, not the end of it. We check in through onboarding and beyond. If a hire isn't working out in the first 90 days, we find a replacement at no extra cost.
Straight answers on both sides
Clients hear when a requirement is unrealistic. Candidates hear when they are out of the running. Neither is comfortable; both save everyone a wasted search.
Tell us about the seat you need filled.
Tell us the seat, the hours you need covered and the tools you run. We'll reply with questions and the next steps, not a pitch deck.
