What you are paying for

What the price covers, and what it doesn't

Inside the monthly price

  • The person in the seat, working your queue in your tools, under your managers
  • Their pay and the employer costs local law requires, including year-end pay
  • The full employer of record (EOR) service through our partner: local employment contracts, payroll, tax compliance, and the legal and regulatory requirements of the country they work in
  • An international background check on every candidate we submit
  • Finding and testing the people you interview
  • One monthly invoice
  • A free replacement if the fit is wrong in the first 90 days

Outside it

  • The licenses the seat needs: your PSA, RMM, Microsoft 365, documentation platform and the rest, which you provide
  • The one optional add-on, the Productivity and Security Suite, an extra $399 a month per person

Want the person on your own payroll for good? On Tier 3 technical and technical management seats you can hire them directly after a start on staff augmentation, or ask us about direct placement.

The terms

Month to month, with a replacement guarantee

Month to month

There is no long-term contract. You pay one monthly invoice from Dokimo for as long as you keep the seat.

A free replacement

If a hire isn't working out in the first 90 days, we find a replacement at no extra cost.

You choose who starts

Everyone you meet has already been tested on the real work. You interview, and you decide who gets the seat.

Questions

Pricing questions

What does a Dokimo seat cost each month?

Seats in the Philippines run from $1,500 a month. Seats in Mexico run from $2,050 a month. Those are starting prices. The role and the level change the price, and the pricing calculator shows the price for each role and level. You provide the tool licenses the seat needs.

What does the monthly price include, and what is extra?

The monthly price covers the person's pay and the employer costs local law requires (year-end pay included), the full employer of record (EOR) service, an international background check on every candidate we submit, finding and testing the people you interview, and one monthly invoice. The 90-day replacement guarantee is included too. Two things sit outside the price: the tool licenses the seat needs, which you provide, and the optional Productivity and Security Suite, which is an extra $399 a month per person.

What does the employer of record service include?

Our employer of record (EOR) partner employs the person in their own country and provides the full EOR service: local employment contracts, payroll, tax compliance, and the legal and regulatory requirements of the country they work in. It is part of the standard monthly price in both countries, not an add-on.

Do you run background checks on candidates?

Every candidate we submit has had an international background check. It is included in the standard monthly price, for every candidate we submit for your team.

Is there a long-term contract, and who employs the person?

Month to month, with no long-term contract. You pay Dokimo one monthly invoice. On our core model, staff augmentation, the person is employed in their own country through our employer of record (EOR) partner, under local employment law, and paid through local payroll there. They work as part of your team and to your priorities, and the employment obligations in their country sit with the EOR partner. Direct placement is the exception, and a narrow one: for Tier 3 technical roles and technical management seats we will run the search and let you hire the person directly instead. Ask us for direct placement terms. We do not offer it for Tier 1, junior, administrative, finance and accounting, or sales and marketing seats.

What happens if a placement does not work out?

If a hire isn't working out in the first 90 days, we find a replacement at no extra cost. We won't put a number on how long a replacement takes, because it depends on the role.
